3) Subscription and Transaction Information
- We do not directly process your bank card information; all billing is handled by the Apple App Store;
- We only obtain necessary subscription status, transaction numbers, product IDs, and validity from Apple to enable and manage membership, after-sales reconciliation, and compliance retention.
4) Device and Log Information
- Device model, system version, language/region, IP, timestamps, crash logs, and basic event data for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and security risk control.

- We do not sell your voice or transcription content to advertisers;
- We only share information as necessary with: cloud infrastructure/storage providers; Apple App Store (billing and subscription); security or compliance service providers;

- We sign confidentiality and data processing agreements with entrusted third parties, requiring them to act only on our instructions and within the necessary scope.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
- Data storage and processing location: servers located in [data storage region/country] (see next section if cross-border transfer applies);
- Security measures: transmission and at-rest encryption, access controls, least privilege, audit logs, backups, and recovery drills;
